The last few months we've been working under enormous stress and meeting unrealistic expectations, while hearing the rumors about the company quietly laying people off. A terrible atmosphere of fear and anxiety has been created in which everyone is wondering if they are the next ones to be cut. Why put up with all that? Anyone who is marketable should run away from here.

When you look at the current list of VPs and Directors its scary. Check them out on Linkedin. 3 years ago they were mid level managers at an AP or HLE. No they are not talented leaders those all left these are the suck ups that are left over. They got the job because no one was left. No surprise every operation is in shambles. Once Scherr fills his pockets and leaves the next lotto winner will step in.
It has been like that since they left Park Ridge. No one is safe.
