Stop lying
You’re not going to se e higher bonuses until enough people leave that they have to pay higher bonuses to get people in the door. You stick around at what they are paying you, and they keep doing exactly that.

We’re not even paid competitively compared to Progressive and USAA . How about they give us end of the year bonuses like other insurance companies since we’re working 55 hours plus .
Their actions speak louder than the platitudes they give us..
The best thing about returning to the office will be the opportunity to give the leadership team great big hugs because we love them so much!
