I heard the ones last month got the old standard severance but don't take that as fact.
In the Us the documented policy used to be 2 weeks plus one week for every year's up to 5, 2 weeks for every year after 5. That policy was taken down years ago. Previously it was 2 weeks plus 2 weeks for every year. Both were capped at 52 weeks.
Any idea what it is now after last month in the US?
