Hearing average 10% all around with some groups targeted to take slightly more. Timeframe is October. Not sure how true the rumor is but based on the decreased product demand cost cutting is a reality.
1500 is far from one of the largest ever...how soon people forget even how bad 2016 was.

Apart from Goby7, there is nothing nearterm in the road map for hdd asics
They do not multiple cross-functional teams in lco/tco and pune

How did you hear about it? Definitely more layoffs coming, but 1500 would be one of Seagates largest ever.
