HR Partners are partners to IBM managers/management, not employees
Employees have no representation within IBM HR org
You are better off posting your question to peers.
IBM managers have been removed of any personnel management responsibility or personnel skills expectation. Again, try your peers
@bnj is sadly correct. Why does IBM even bother having HR and management when only your peers can help you.
You find out who your HR partner is when they terminate you
What’s HR….. lmfao
Hey egs+1iQMp
Don’t sound like a goon. Managers should treat employees with respect or there would leave in droves.
It is need to know. If you are not the manager you have no need to know !
I'm really sorry you're struggling. Been there. Honestly, post your question to Arvind in the #ask-arvind slack channel during the next office hours and tag your first line manager in the post. IBM is tightening its censorship grip in slack channels big time, but this is one of the only channels that gets exposure. I hope you find the help you need, or at least get to vent and call out our "leaders".
Always remember: IBM's HR is to protect IBM, not help you.
Good luck with your important HR questions

I'm sure if you did get a hold of an HR partner, the first thing they would do is look up if you are a "keeper" or disposable... if there even is a "keeper" category any more
