These days, Neutron Dave and friends are merely abusing forced ranking, bad working conditions, nickel-and-diming benefits, serious operational dysfunction, and greatly below-the-odds salary reviews to force otherwise loyal and hardworking colleagues into ragequitting in droves, to save on redundancies.
