Eric nor anyone above him has served as an inspiration. The two layers of leadership below him are no better. They read scripts, provide non-answers to employee concerns and seemingly have no sense of direction in navigating how to right this ship. It’s a shame.
The corporate machine has succumbed to the greed of the tip top players and board as tends to happen when executives get into the ‘too big to fail’ mentality. Being an industry innovator is excellent until too much of a risk is taken and you fail which seems to be where we are now.
So to your question of Eric’s inspiration? I’m only inspired to avoid being the coward that he is. Voice concern, address real issues with real solutions and cut the BS
