All BS. Just a smaller footprint store and less operating hours in rural America to match rural America. Streets roll up at 6pm in those towns.
New store model that eliminates the associate manager position (again) and cuts down on MEs. Also reduces store hours by a couple each day (this company will do anything to avoid closing on Sundays). Managers expected to be active sales coverage.
Plenty of these rural locations don’t exactly have transfer opportunities nearby so….
