Belk needs to address the serious problem of the “wardrobing” customer, typically a customer who buys clothing, wears it, and returns it. Belk also has the ticket switching customer who buys a $39.99 dress and puts a $99.99 tag from another brand on it and try’s to return it, Belk’s 90 day return policy needs to be changed to 30 days, unworn, with all tickets attached to the goods. Cosmetics/fragrance should be non returnable if opened or used. Shoes/handbags/luggage should be non returnable if used.

Customers always right? Belk should consider that or give it all away and liquidate everything now!
Also no receipt no return
