BLET and SMART-TD don't have it......why doesn't the Union use that strike fund that never gets touched and hire some of the lawyers the railroad uses....

Just eat another quality of life contract…I have maybe at the most 2 more …”Not Here Not Now” Contracts . This is a once in a lifetime contract and vote accordingly

Hey Union Officer. Don’t want to hear you crying in a few years when you are once again without a contract. Wasn’t much bargaining at all the last three years due to pandemic issues, so don’t act like it was a three year battle in the trenches. Contract could have been worse, could have been better. My small local voted the last joke contract down twice. If you want to fold, then do it and quit posting your si--y comments on here. Most likely you are management or don’t even work at the railroad. All your info anyone can get off the tube. I would never be proud to hold a picket sign next to you cause you would be forced and I would gladly do it

Must be his first rodeo, strike funds are for strike benefits and Organizations use Union lawyers not company law firms.
Unions have lawyers, accountants, health experts and other outside professionals to help present their case.
