Thread regarding Avaya layoffs

Layoffs are bad but staying is not much better

Those who remain after layoffs will have to face increased workload, stagnant wages, higher health care premiums, fewer benefits, underfunded pensions, and so many other big and small things. It might not be as bad as losing your job, but it's not much better when you think about it.
