Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

Has anything changed in DXC ANZ?

Been a couple of years since I put my hand up to take a WFR and left DXC (ANZ Region).

Occasionally check into this site and see the same issues and concerns (no pay rise, loss of revenue and constant waves of WFR). I was wondering if there has been any senior management changes at the top?

During my tenure (8 years) it was the same regional leaders regardless of performance steering the ship?

Only one single thing has changed.

We've been lied to again.

"anyone remember back when CSC ANZ purchased UXC and were were told that 1+1=3 (meaning that the sum parts of the 2 orgs added up to a better outcome).

Wonder how that worked out ?"

For that decision, I will forever despise Brad Stroop. I still remember him sitting in his office and smugly telling us just how wonderful things were going to be now that UXC was part of then-CSC. Fast-frward six months, and Brad has walked out with his millions and DXC started to thoroughly eliminate everything that was good about UXC.

I moved on a few years ago now. Everyone of value did the same thing over time (the attrition rate at one stage was incredible; 4 - 5 resignations per week); the people that were left struggled. Now DXC sold the whole things to E&Y, which says everything you need to know about how it all worked out.

and the same person at the top in region (except he now has all of AsiaPac) - no change, and no change in behaviour or results proving the Einstein (?) saying about insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different outcomes ...

very little change in my view - some movement at the top in ANZ mostly to shuffle the same exec's into new roles with little real change. The old Mike 1 culture and style remains !
