they cant keep people on the phones but with the bullsh-t “drive to 2025” rebranding and evernorth it wouldn’t shock me if they layoff 90% of their onshore call staff.

Spring 2022 & around end or start of quarters generally when they occur.
I've been hearing rumors about a major round, but there's nothing concrete about it. I was hoping somebody here might know more.
