Every good company avoids favoritism/nepotism as much as possible. There may have been a lot of favoritism before, but talented employees had the opportunity to grow their careers. Now those opportunities are reduced to a minimum because favoritism has become rampant. Is there any other way to deal with it other than going somewhere else? I'm afraid not.

Shake up happens all the time. No change. No leaders of men at this place. Just leaders of their own little empires and excuses why they fail and can't do the jobs they got promoted to. EPIC FAILS.
A least they don't mind me working from the Pub, sorry supermarket, sorry garden, er anyway I can show I'm online on Skype all is fine.

They can re-arrange all they like. Swapping id--ts around just makes it more difficult for us grafters to work out who is top of the useless tree.
Not one of them office managers have a clue. Let all the staff stay at home whilst we all come in being ordered around by Shiney.

Did 20 years and I am glad i'm finally out. So true what you say about jobs for the boys. I voted with my feet. Management at Greengate don't even turn up. Why would they as the directors are self-appointed id--ts who work from home/golf course/gym etc. Before I left, I let them know. Told by ex-employees' at weekend shakeup coming by re-arranging Directors... Go NOV...
