I heard the severance package is fantastic this time of year.
What ki-ls me is it WASN’T his idea. He took a bunch of good ideas from other people, let AR whine until all the “this is too haaaaard” stuff was watered down or taken out (meaning most of the actual useful or innovative ideas), let the engineers run loose with no real leadership, then declared it a success and took all the imaginary credit because he actually thinks this makes him look good.

Joking aside, I really worry that customer's are all going to take a wait-and-see approach to AIQ. Wait and see what the next update has. Wait and see who else buys. Wait and see if any security issues come up. Wait and see if Riverbed is actually going to survive long enough to make it worth investing in a SAAS product that might go away if the company does. Lets be honest, Riverbed has a credibility problem to overcome, even if this one new product is perfect and brilliant.
It's got a lot of Sass....
