So many talented and loyal employees were once again cut. None of the actual fat was removed because we all know the lazy ones are protected by their friends/family higher up the chain. This was once a great company but they're flushing it down the toilet with stupid decisions driven by greed.

Dell sucks. Cr---y management that hides problems. There are definitely cliques and if you are not one of them your gone. Terrible decisions that don’t make sense. Their products and services are sub-standard. Stear clear

The most incompetent person in the team was made manager, I was let go, unfortunately for him I was well liked and his Tell Dell reflected that.
He was demoted.
Also, you have to realize that those cabals of people forming mafias at work - do so because otherwise they are unskilled.
They are most afraid of having to leave Dell and other large OEMs, because they are the less skilled. Other employees can and will find better employment.
Truth. Once companies become so large, that groups of people form cabals instead of doing their work all day....there's a huge problem.
I'd rather move on myself though, than keep fighting clans of people.
