Can someone who is/has been a long timer in Oracle please suggest options available to employee to resolve disagreements with Manager, when 1-1 discussions is not helping much.

Options in Oracle to resolve disagreements with Manager
Get an employment attorney and introduce him/her to your manager.
You need to get out. It is not allowed to disagree with a manager. They have the power and you don’t. You just need to get out of the company. There are a lot of really bad managers, some extremely dishonest. Get out of the company. Don’t go to HR. They won’t help you. They will follow the manager not you.
