I believe that it takes a special talent to convince employees that everything is under control in the company, while more or less we all see that this ship is sinking fast. What do they hope to achieve by lying to people? Do they really think that anyone trusts them anymore?

well after the car crash briefing with analysts after Q1 they seem to be losing faith in the "its turning around in FY24 story" - analysts starting to forecast a further reduction in revenue in FY24 over FY23, and so are downgrading DXC

That’s simple: more money for Shouty & his top team, at the expense of everyone else in the company.
No concern for staff, no concern for clients. Just making sure Shouty & friends make as much as possible.

Halbard is just a stooge being used by Shouty. He couldn’t run a bath let alone EMEA. The town hall this week was a joke and full of BS lies. He didn’t sound comfortable and neither did that awful Preedy woman (we reckon she’s his steak-cutter). Anyway Halbard will be history soon but with a few £££ in his back pocket and a Man Utd shirt.
