I have seen on this site at least 5 years tenure but have seen two weeks for every year and also 1 week for every two years. Which is accurate or have you heard something different?

The severance package manual is located in the Good Life, 2 weeks for each year max 52 weeks. The pay out is less benefits, will include accrued PTO, also must keep in mind taxes. If a reduction in force (RIF) occurs later in the year (RIF's of November 2019 & 2020), collecting severance may put you into the next tax bracket.
2 weeks for every year up to 26 years. Max is 52 weeks of pay. But if you are banking on that now, you are nuts. They are going to find a way around it. 2020 was the last of that nice package
It is 2 weeks/year of service, per the official severance plan.
We were told 2 weeks for every year of tenure
