He rose to that level because his personality and psychological profile fit for what the shareholders needed done. New Horizon, etc. hey whatever happened to “Nobel purpose”?

He has the temperament to buy into the plan, manipulate and deliver the corporate change message.

The company needed to change, but the globalists agenda, ESG, the woke liberals, etc. it has become unbearable.

Agree LTL is a waste of time. Does anyone need to hear more success or failure stories? Are you inspired by them?

I no longer join these ltl's. It's just propaganda. How did this guy rise to this level? Entire "leadership" team should be gone. Would love to see any of them try to do a real job on any given day and the obstacles we face with even executing the most basic tasks

Yes! It is time to sunset these communications department, or employee manipulation department propaganda shows.

Put it this way, suppose they stopped them cold. Would we lose anything? Would productivity drop? Would attrition increase?

Or would everybody have an extra hour and the CEO and producers have oodles more time?

That said, I'm going to give the CEO the benefit of the doubt for the garbled beginning speech. I'm going to assume that he got the new about Jen passing and he was processing it.

I don't get how some sections of the company have these Barbara Streisand positions like Learning Partner why other sections are culling productive workers, especially in IT.
