Underwriting has hold times that increased 10x over the past two weeks. We’re not at over 2 hours. What happened?

Just normal attrition. Don’t worry about it and just keep working. We must do more with less! If you can’t take 30 calls an hour then maybe this isn’t the job for you.
They are just like every other dept..not enough employees to do the job adequately!
