There are many complaints from those who are stuck here expecting a promotion that never came. I would never risk losing so much time stuck on one job. The most important thing is to know when to quit. Why don't people learn from the experience of others who became unmarketable out of mere laziness to look for something better for themselves? How many of these do you know that have become unmarketable in the meantime? I think there are too many of them at Allstate. Stockholm syndrome.

Promotions only in Pune.
Many jobs to watch wasted virtual time of adjusters. Easy as many not adhering to not being logged on.
Maybe the unmarketable ones are the ones that have tenure with Allstate? Waiting around for a promotion or just the fool who hasn't got the guts to leave something comfortable for a better opportunity. There are a lot of weak managers in positions they had never trained for working at Allstate. The only reasons they might be in those positions is that they were favored for reasons other than their skills.

Until you get to at least band E, which will take most at least 15 years, and most won’t, you are still and always be a grunt.
