If there was any motivation left, it's all gone now. Instead of the company making every effort to keep the best employees, Dell gets rid of them. I watched as they cut some of the best employees while retaining the most incompetent ones.
Do they really think that one day they will be able to attract good employees again after completely ruining the company's reputation? Huge damage has been done.
Id--t EMC MGMNT think pc's sell themselves and there's no real needs for the enterprise sales folks.
They think everything will be sold online soon
Having fun reloading this site and overall Dell site and watching some panicked admin delete honest and accurate posts because even an anonymous forum isn’t immune to questionable leadership
At the end of the day, you are just a $$ value on a spreadsheet. Let's get rid of the good expensive employees and keep the cheaper less experienced.
