This site is for layoffs not advice on you recently awarded RSUs. Hint: If you are laid off those RSUs go away. Nobody cares about you wanting to stay for more punishment by applying or accepting another internal position. Good for you but why are you here? Not trying to be negative but I don't understand why some cannot see this is a layoff site. As for benefits, they end on your last day. People come here to see the latest on what is happening to them now or what they remember - kind of therapeutic I guess. ;)

Everything is related to Oracle which is related to layoffs.
Even job info from those at other companies bc many are looking
Instead of trying to control what you think needs to be said or not - maybe this is not the site for you.
Employees, customers, investors , journalists, lawyers, head hunters and others maybe fed’s visit Oracle layoffs and other companies as well.
It’s an interesting site. Best way to get to know the truth. PR/ advertisements/ so called “articles” most are not real.
Actually the person who stated it is just an open site is incorrect. It is about any information surrounding layoffs. No hugs needed. I just think those impacted or about to be impacted really don't care about people still there trying to decide on their new RSUs. Nor do people care about people applying for other internal jobs. Kind of tone death. Here is the statement of the site. It does not state open to just talk about anything. If you want some info about what others did to get back on their feet? That is on point. I just started to see a lot of stuff that made me scratch my head. Out of touch or insensitive to those that really are trying to figure out life right now. It was not meant to be mean.

The OP post contradicts himself, this site is only layoffs, not for posting his views about the site.
They guy who replied before me sounds like an HR plant.
This is public site. Read the user terms. This site is not totally about just layoffs.
However…Scolding and insulting others are not exactly within the user terms.
FYI: your post is not about layoffs. It’s about you trying to control others.
