Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Fellow Employees in the 95%

Milk this cow until it drops from exhaustion. Don't give them a shred of effort over 30 hours per week. The replacements coming in in the younger age brackets are near useless looking for pats on the back and recognition. At the end of the day ATT is gonna bleed from inside and from taking a bludgeoning from T-Mobile. Verizon will lay low and grab some ATT scraps but T-Mobile is gonna take ATT to the wood shed and make them cry.

If you are done working, find a different job that you feel passionate about. Don't just sit back and leave more work for your coworkers. Your slacking off hurts your coworkers more than the company.

@qtd
Don't tell your boss nothing. Just do like me and repeat - "Shaking the Bush Boss" - Shaking the Bush as I pick my nose, scratch my but, frequently visit the BR, pass gas in others' office, take long breaks and act like I care.

btw

I DON'T! Strategy is to milk this bloated dying cow for all it's worth.

Ive watched people work hard earn service awards then next month get rebadged as a cheap contractor.
Hard work and performance gets you nowhere.

OP is an incel. age has nothing to do with work ethic. clearly the OP didn’t have a great work ethic if he’s only ever stayed at one company and never developed any other skills.

Let the ATT minions and psychphants drop dead for their wasted efforts. Just sit back and cash the checks and take the benes.

Told my boss yesterday I’ll do enough to keep me in the
Middle of the pack for the next two years and then I’m out. Explained to him my high performing days are over because it’s no longer necessary. The competition from younger employees is nonexistent so why would I work harder for no more money.
