Shell is giving 8% salary uplift based on their profit margin increase. Imperial did the same, if not better.
How much salary uplift can we expect?

Average will be 8%. NIs and NSIs will get zero. The folks on the other end of the spectrum will get 10% to 15%.

My guess is around 4% average across.........expect 1% in Q5...and NSI get 0..
My guess is, it will be skewed. Higher on one side, and lower on the other.
