I try not to worry in advance, but still I can't help but think how it will look here when oil prices significantly slump, given that the atmosphere is terrible even now.

Hey man, you are in the oil and gas field. Bo-m and bust is the nature of the business. Always has been, always will be. Find a new field of work if the current climate is too much for you cause things are good.
With no debt I don't have near the worries as when there was 2.2 billion looming over us.
