DXC Senior Management have had pay rises in 2022 wouldn't doing the right thing be to

give the remaining employees a pay rise.

Rising inflation shouldn't mean a NIL pay rise at DXC.

Is #DXCCARES now finished.

DXC squanders it's profit and actively throws away potential payrises via ssponsorship deals with Manchester United, Ferrari and several other big household names. Muppets

Just had invite for DXC wealth webinar
Did you know that 52% of employees state that they regularly or occasionally have financial worries and that 29% of us say these worries have an impact on our performance at work? No sh-t sherlock! Mike and the Execs don't!
Wonder what they are awarding themselves this year??

Our pay has gone backwards since we were first outsourced to HP/HPE/Manpower/DXC (Last pay rise 2013)

As someone whose role doesn't include projects, just had year end review to be told you have achieved despite doing the role of 5 support staff! There's no one else who supports the UK but hey you have achieved and might get a payrise. I expect DXC doesn't expect to increase its prices in the next contract review as I have already had a chat with the CIO and told him how exactly he got his cost savings!

The senior management team are working hard to turn around the company and they got their share of increases.

What a shower of 5hit. Bully boy sales “leadership” in the U.K is corrupt and rules by threatening no rise or no bonus in a subtle way so as to avoid official complaint. It’s all very 1980’s macho management. They need to grow up. Especially Mark loud mouth Thomas.

I left DXC after 5 years of no increases despite 5 excels/exceeds ratings. The first year in my new organisation I got an 8% increase. Get out as soon as you can.

If we're in such bad shape that they can give us merit increases why aren't the board and executives getting pay cuts , losing their stock options and golden parachutes ?

If we are in such bad shape , prove it board and excutives by taking a pay cut ! if not FU-k DXC

These are difficult times. Please decompress yourself by attending the multitude of financial and mental wellness sessions that HR conducts. Please also attend the culture week celebrations that really helps as well.

They don’t care about you or feel bad about it.

How they treat you is how they feel about you, period.
How we feel about them is how we treat them, period.
Do as little work as possible. Learn new skills on the clock. Fvck 'em.

What the A holes don't understand is core inflation has gone up again today.

Why can't they work that out that people need to be paid, otherwise how are they going to survive?

Why are they taking such large raises?

By now we are past mid way in the next quarter so they already know what figures they are going to cook up. So just announced a decent raise or are you going to announce a poor next quarter, if so how long can you keep running the company?

You want a raise? Leave. That’s the only way. They don’t care about you or feel bad about it. Until you people realize that, you’ll be here complaining about being screwed over yet again while they count their money. Simple as that. THEY DO NOT CARE! Shaming them online won’t work. It’s a lost cause. Get that resume ready, there are much better companies out there, just have to get out of your comfort zone. Up to you all, but they ain’t giving you a raise.

The DXC leadership mantra is:

"The beatings will continue until morale improves"

No pay rises, that's DXC. Remove the bonus payments from the contracts of people who had them, that's DXC. Layoff loads of hard working, productive staff in order to cut costs, that's DXC. At the same time, boost the CEO's salary by 50% in two years.

This is probably the least ethical company in the entire IT space. If you're there, I recommend that you leave and find a decent employer. If you're thinking of going to work there, don't.
