#u-k Dell Technologies! It's been overrun by progressive MBAs and a deplorable HR department who see in Michael Dell a weak lider who has lost his berings. His only concern is to save, hide and then cashout in preparation for the economic meltdown coming. When all it's talent pool is depleated, Dell will wither away as all lame woke companies and cities eventually do. Just look at many of the liberal cities in the US currently under the same woke type mayors and governors... all turned into skid row. But maybe that's been the plan all along. History teaches us that all great Empires have been destroyed from within.

Smart. That's how I was able to get out before layoffs. Always have more options

You should learn to farm and grow your own food. In time many more companies will layoff people. 50 to 60 % UE is possible.

I did the same thing back in 1999. I started at He-l Computers in 1998 and it was a nasty sweatshop. The internet was new, but there were already job boards. I found my new job and applied for it while sitting in my cube and got hired, and spent the next 21 years there until I retired.
