Anti-oppression layoffs! Now that is the funniest thing I’ve heard in a long time. The US has become a dysfunctional wasteland.
Probably licking her lips thinking how to pull off the same "anti-rascist" layoffs that Twillio has just done. It will be her last virtue signaling swansong.
From Twilio:
"We were particularly focused on ensuring our layoffs… were carried out through an Anti-Racist/Anti-Oppression lens."
To revive an old comment from this site, Betsy can achieve all her DEI goals just by focusing on laying off only white males during the coming year. That would be ahead of schedule by a decade!

Betsy can retire and focus on making her husband and children miserable and leave the rest of us alone.
Not exactly surprising. Spoke to one of her VPs recently.
She knows that all the progressive stuff she stands for is toast. No more focus on ESG, DEI, Agenda 2030 (or whatever they call that now) and that the funding for any such programs will be substantially cut or eliminated.
She will likely retire and most of the stuff she cares about will go away.
She knows it, everybody else knows it, and she doesn't have any credible way to spin things. Ergo, little communications.
