Does anyone know if supervisors and above are getting this 5% increase as well? I know that they will continue to be eligible for the bonuses payout.

5% levels K-L. I understand it’s individual contributors only.
Leader levels are not getting raises. SOME leader levels will have their bonus amount increased instead. HR notification came out this morning.
