All of a sudden my group is getting all sorts of Office365 support tickets for Collins and very little guidance. My queue is now hammered. I'm seriously considering leaving and getting a tech support position for another remote position , at a serious pay cut. I didn't sign up for what is now happening to my team and quite frankly, I don't want the direction the position is becoming.

What do you mean by Collins? Are they a client?
