Literally thousands of you folks view this site on a daily basis, may i ask that you please write a review on Glass Door about how awful Shouty and his leadership team are. Even better write 1 review a day.
I know for absolute certainty that HR have a Glass Door dashboard where they view trends in reviews and key words, this dashboard is shared with Snr Execs.

Good to write truthful reviews on Glassdoor painting DXC in bleak light but many cases of where artificial - to be good to believe reviews pop up - written under duress from their managers.
I should know was bullied by my manager under CSC to write a false review on couple of jobs site or he said I would be pushed out - had to play ball but suffer years of bad treatment at CSC and then DXC - finally and glad being WFR by Mikey big chop action - worst CEO ever; although Mcshouty is not much better.
Do you think they care if they have bad reviews/ratings? Does it harm their payrise/bonus?
Been quietly quitting since before the term was invented, taking the money and not stressing about it, waiting for redundancy.
Have a look at Tripadvisor reviews for DXC.
Not good reading at all.
