We lost 1 team member in the US on Friday due to the layoffs. DXC is following CSC by slowly chipping away at employees. We also lost a team member a few months ago due to "performance" but this employee had just received a great Review. Was it performance, or was it something else?

Good for short term (Bonuses for Mikey Mcshouty & board ) - not for mid term when company is saddled with so much debt it collapses / sold off as fire sale in the collapse of the century.

It is difficult times. Difficult times call for tough measures. Please use the available resources like culture week, mental and physical wellness sessions etc. This will get us through these times.
