I don't understand why you people don't go to your lake houses or country clubs when you get stressed. Those do wonders for my mental health. It certainly beats complaining.

Mental burnout leads to physical health problems. They know it, fail to address it, and are unwilling to change it. If you believe that, it is very important to understand they are pushing an unhealthy work environment. Look around....see how many of your peers are on mental health medication including management and analysts.

we all are. well everyone except managers and above since they rely on everyone below them to do all the work and all they have to do is take the credit and collect the paycheck
