For people reading this start leaving 1* reviews on Glassdoor in protest at the cancelling merit rises this year. I don’t think a single other U.K. company is doing this (wage freeze)

Glasdoor performance is slightly going down.
Still Mike seems to invest in payed or forced fake reviews.
How they treat you is you they feel about you... period.
How we feel about them is how we treat them... period.
Work as little as possible. Doesn't matter.
There's no decent pay, employment engagement and investment at DXC; appraisals are false and waste of space.
Would leave a review at Glassdoor - away from DXC assets like mobiles, laptops and do it on non company asset and under VPN.
If they find out / trace a less favourable review to DXC employee - then expect their life to be he-l from now on.
I had a pay decrease the other year when we weren't given a payrise, but they put the costs of some of the benefits up! So overall meant less in my paycheck!
I had a payrise last in 2011 which was a parting gift by e.on IT, a sweetener as part of their outsourcing package when we were dumped in HP, back then we had good salary / package, over the years the value of the flex fund / salary dwindled and now watch fat cat execs award themselves millions in increases but nothing for the ones earning the money. I'm too old to leave and get a job elsewhere!
but will look forward to my 6% matched pension now dxc has closed the final salary scheme.
