We would have been miles better with ATOS

Atos are in a bad way but at least they treat their employees as assets, and not as mugs.

I was at Atos for 2 years, then DXC for just over 3 years. Atos was by far a better employer, it was more consultant-focused of course but at least the pay and incentives schemes were completely transparent and fair. They weren't just Mike Sociopath McShoutyface telling people that Christmas is cancelled and that there will be no pay rises, meanwhile he takes a 32% rise. Utter madness. At least Pablo Escobar rewarded his people and didn't just keep it all for himself and the executive board.

You can read from the review above that ATOS employees think its a good company to work for, survey carried out by an external review, not by ATOS.

What would DXC employees say if there was a employee review with a 3rd party.

Definitely wouldn't be positive after how Mike and co treat the employees.

You have to be daft to think that working for DXC is better than working for DXC, as the evidence shows.

Agree - ATOS was very lucky not to be saddled with the cancer of DXC Toxic. IF it did go ahead likely that Mikey McShouty would can off many employees as possible (more $$ for him) - unfortunately would be ones that do the work - foot soldiers and ATOS would be landed with Toxic case of ineffectual IT systems (That don't work), weak and differing management with no direction, employees that are simply yes / brown nose puppets of Mcshouty.

A %%%^%%^ for ATOS to fix / or not able to fix.... ATOS had a very lucky escape and seems to be doing quite well.

How can Atos be worse than DXC?

You get a pay raise when Atos makes a loss, at DXC you don't even get a pay raise when DXC makes money.

dxc gives you nothing whether its doing well or badly.

The only people DXC is good for is the Execs pay.

As for strategy level DXC execs have been talking a good talk for 3 years, how many more years before you see an improvement.

It's still the same old wfr and pay cuts.

Get real Atos would have been much better than Dxc as you would at least got 10%+ extra in your pay across those 3 years of Mikey 2.

I would doubt a future wíth ATOS would be a bright one.
Maybe you'd be a shortterm payrise at ATOS. This will not help for midterm future a ATOS seems to the one of the big outsourcers to drop completely out of the market.

At least Atos give pay raises even though they are struggling.

At DXC they don't give a raise when making a profit exec for the execs.

Not even when inflation is high.

So you can kiss goodbye in the next few years if things get tougher.

It's looking very bleak at DXC.

DXC is a cancer that destroys everything it touches. ATOS would not have survived.
