Konfitel will be shut down unless someone comes in to buy the brand to keep it going but either way it cant survive.

Not forgetting Avaya's foray into data networking. They never learn...
Attempt#1: Tried and failed to develop it's own (Cajun) data networking portfolio. Attempt#2: Partnership with Extreme was poor.
Attempt#3: Acquired Nortel data products before Ch11 saw a fire-sale to Extreme. Attempt#4: Partnering with Al-Lu to re-sell their 'Digital Age Networking solutions'.
What could possibly go wrong?

They will just stop producing and sell what they have left. Or give it away for every x amount of cloud seats

What will happen with all the inventory if they’re narrowing focus to cloud only? They’ve got equipment stocked around the world. Has anyone heard?

The only thing I can see them keeping is the B179/B199 and keep it in sustainability mode. To keep the likes of polycom out of the account.

It didn’t take long to completely destroy the fine Radvision portfolio and organization. The Konftel BU was a profitable acquisition that kept going uniquely as a subsidiary but no R&D investments and new products will eventually catch-up to reality. The Konftel team in the US were all laid off this week. Can’t see that Avaya will continue with any hardware like the B series, the HC cameras or the useless CU360

Lets not forget Radvision/Scopia.. sorry Equinox.. sorry Spaces! Trying to compete (Ahem 'defend the base') against Msft Teams, like they did for Lync/SfB! Head in the sand and deluded beyond belief. Can't believe they squandered a golden opportunity to completely re-design the 96xx Hardphones and came up with the J-Series... Again, laughable!

Avaya were quick to End-Of-Sale their lame attempt at trying to compete against Poly/Jabra with their L-Series headsets. They should follow the same route with Konftel products like they did with other flawed dock/accessories (laughable ADVD and E159/169's).
