Unfortunately, layoffs at TMUS have become part of their culture. The days of cradle to grave jobs is past history. Going forward, you will be lucky to get more than five years at any one company! That's just the way it is. Companies do not want loyal, long term employees anymore.

Usually corporations like to have a Layoff before or after Christmas so that quarter 1 is a clean slate. Unless of course there’s that timeline mentioned above. I’ve been laid off by different companies during these times after seeing a few rounds of layoffs that same year. So yeah, might want to save up for those Christmas presents before you go on unemployment? Or just keep looking for a new job before then if you feel you’ll be a candidate for layoffs. They’ve already locked our travel down and are scrutinizing our budgets for our dept so yeah, tell tale sign…

Stop making stuff up about layoffs, there will not be any in the first quarter. T-Mobile layoffs of in parts to go under radar.
