In any case, it is easier to look for a job while you still have a job. Unfortunately, I was cut before I got another offer, which I have been actively looking for months now. I know that many people met cuts completely unprepared, but I still think that most of us who were cut definitely intended to leave this joke of a company very soon. How much longer did you intend to stay here if you weren't cut?

Agree on the joke of a company. I honestly think its a cult! Some of these people scare me.

I left exactly 1 year before my whole org got dumpster'd. I jumped ship for some fully remote job that ended after 6 months (they fired me for being too slow). I took nearly the full 6 months of unemployment to find another job. So, keep grinding!
