The era of easy monetary policy is over….along with it go free money, easy jobs, work from home while laying in bed, and all the bullsh-t about the ‘new normal’.
But Bonuses were paid out a few weeks ago?
HR expect 3 ~ 5 % workers to leave after bonus paid. If the number is not reached, actions will be taken. There is no doubt that it has to be done before next fiscal report
