This is spot on. We really don't want to be here any more. It's a pretty wide sweeping consensus and it gets stronger every day.
That's funny, me too! Although I am employed here already but can't actually get much of any work done for Oracle because the leadership gets in the way of that with their BS 95% of the time.
If I have to hear "the only constant here is change" from some clown manager one more time, I'm going to lose my mind.

Even companies with hiring freezes are still hiring. There are exceptions to every rule, and if they have a need you can fill, you have a chance.
The question would be Why? So many good and decent places to look outside of O.

Joke if it even exists. Yet VPs have given themselves sizable increases and bonuses and maybe minimal amounts to their favorites yet, the workers are not.
How is this allowed? And if anyone speaks up … they are toast.
from what I heard, all hiring is frozen in CX this year.
A guess: it won't be until after this quarter's numbers are announced, which should be next week.
