Don't forget the era of low interest money is over too. These stingy Senior Leaders will slow network builds and that will push AT&T even further behind T-Mo and VZ. Thankfully I sold my AT&T stock although my wife still holds this loser stock dearly as it was a gift from her grandfather. It was a great place at one time but management egos and not promoting the best people to meet the DIVERSITY quota's will sink the woke-SS-AT&T. Best of luck!
Gotta loose money to be bankrupt. AT&T making too much money.
I hope Stankey and Stephenson are proud! They have reduced AT&T to last place, #3, behind TMUS and VZ. This company will be lucky to hold on for another five years. I see bankruptcy in T's future!
Some old hags with no money in the stock market complaining about market cap. Ha.
$15 will put the Market Cap below $110 billion which is less than it paid for DTV and TW. If AT&T falls in the $100 billion range look for a take over, wireless will be carved out and the wire line piece sold to vultures!!
The pension plan is losing big time with the AT&T stock dropping like a rock!
How disgraceful is this company's performance on Wall Street! Such a sad series of poor decision making at every level of this company! I've been with T for almost 4 decades and have never seen it in such bad shape! Wall street rarely if ever mentions T stock anymore. It used to be the Widow and retiree stock to own, not so much anymore! I'm really worried about the future of this company cuz I'd like to close out my career at 50 years, but am not sure it'll be possible!
Low enough stock price someone could try to buy the company. I don’t think it would happen, but it’s to a point where it might make sense to a handful of companies.
I bet the board at TMobile are all smiles these days knowing the breakup fee helped propel their company past T.
You know, in an odd way, a low market cap for AT&T is a good thing. It means less dividends payouts.
Oh, and don't forget, Stankey poisoned the AT&T well.
He is also ki----g the grove of AT&T money trees at 1 AT&T Plaza. Free cash flow is drying up, where will Stankey get cash to pay all the bills? Sofa cushions?
With the anemic stock price and performance, layoffs are inevitable. Layoffs is the on lever AT&T can pull at this point! Debt now exceeds market capitalization.
