Mass layoff, help with discovery and share docs. Don’t let them cover things up

It appears that now that 24 hours has passed, those who were not previously knowledgeable about "Warn Act" rules and structure are now realizing that they shouted too soon. Warn Act requires that ages are shared. The reality is Avaya has an average age that is higher than the rest of the market. Thus they had a lot of people over 40. Yet it was also realized that Avaya laid off all Avaya Academy hires (which is just so very embarrassing). So it was not age targeting. It was a full house sweep to get to the set # necessary to balance the books. Thus, today people are pretty quiet.
Sounds like a troll for the lending share holder lawsuit. Dig up the dirt. Just get over it.
