Hostile CAPs and Hostile Work Environment Exposed

When you're placed on a CAP Management believes that by putting you on a CAP it gives them the right to treat you like trash, speak unprofessional to you and yell at you creating a hostile work environment. This type of behavior is called "Constructive Discharge" where they make your work environment so miserable that it forces you to quit. If you are in an "at will" state you can file unlawful termination based on this. Go see you Doctor and start documenting EVERYTHING! It's time to bring this HE11 H0le to justice! This goes on WAY to often and many managers have nicknames like "the hammer"... How unprofessional is that!

@Agzq+1iAD8Vsc - Something tells me you don't work for THIS company. CAPs are used at this company to get around the legal mess of a lawsuit because the don't have the evidence to truly fire someone. Lawsuit is coming.. Karma

I have yet to meet someone who was placed on a CAP who didn't deserve to be there. Just like prisoners, they are all innocent victims. Generally it is a wake up call to sh-t or get off the pot. To get off the CAP you do whatever is opposite of why you get placed on one. Why fight it, it's easier to just do whatever is required to move on.

It's just a power play. Not that it would actually happen to me because I am amazing but if it did...

Revenge is best served cold. Yes boss. you are right I have been screwing around and not doing my work etc. Then become hyper productive. Boss wins.. or did they?

@fkio+1iAD8Vsc - Hostile comments, treatment is equal to domestic violence! Not sure what country you work in "lad"!

It’s not racist. You’re generally put on CAP because you’re lazy. It’s more of a pain for the supervisor of the lad than it is to the load. Quit and give someone else an opportunity

All you do is post the same cr@p over and over. I bet if you put half this effort into working you’d actually have meets expectations performance. Go work somewhere else. You’re toxic.

I had the exact same treatment. When I first started I had good intentions but there are layoffs, bullying, racism, hostile work environment where a supervisor talked about our mental state as if we were unstable and when you question it , she lost her composure. It was ghetto unprofessional and I was told if I didn’t like it not in a professional tone she was screaming at the top of her lungs. I hung up. I was reprimanded by my supervisor that I shouldn’t of hung up. My supervisor kept trying to give her the floor by calling the whole team and repeating her message. I hung up again. Supervisor’s lie to get you put on a CAP. Then taunt you about it. They laugh at you and make comments about your mental state if you say anything about them setting up certain people for success. If you are one of the ones that thinks the rules don’t apply and you think you are superior to your teammates. Optum narcissists central is you place to work. 😅😅😅 I’ve worked there 10 months and I’m on my 3rd supervisor.
