I’ve seen that as well. Just a game the company plays with their employees. Which btw, are usually senior, over 50 and the most productive.

I've seen several survive but they just keep them out of the bottom and cycle them back to a PIP again later, must be tiring
Survivors will be as per EM guidance. Our Imperial leaders have no say on the matter. They just communicate the message and read you the script provided by EM.
In all fairness, they are just looking after themselves.
How do you expect people to have the statistical numbers? They are for sure never released.
