That's the only way I can think of that we could maybe end up with good leadership. Otherwise, we're stuck with the clown show we have right now for good.

I have worked at several differences insurance companies over 20 years and they are all the same as far as having issues.
As if other insurance companies are well oiled machines.
If you had actually been around other places you would know. Instead you have been here 30 years and are part of the problem
And yes, I know it would never happen. I was just imagining the possibility of better times.
