The atmosphere is terrible. Do you too think that big company wide cuts are around the corner, as is rumored?
If you have any details, please share. How big could the cuts be? I can hardly devote myself to doing the work because I am worried that the rumors are true and that a bloodbath will follow.

no...they are doing something else.....they are cutting bonus for the middle earners, while those higher up keep getting bonus. I see a lot of people quitting as there are still good jobs to have.
Seems to be strategic cuts in multiple areas. Sales..local markets…shared services…Medicare Ops..etc.

Confirmed. I personally know at least 6 that had their positioned eliminated today. It’s not a rumor. It’s real.

A good antidote to worry and paralysis is action--as in LOOK FOR ANOTHER JOB. Get your resume together, your contacts together. Look at jobs you're a fit for--shape your resume some more. And apply. And talk to friends and neighbors but NO ONE at Centene.

All it is....is a rumor!!! Stop being paranoid. Every month there is something on here about layoffs and it never happens. It won't happen. All your jobs are safe so focus on the work instead of silly rumors.
