Game Over - Market Cap, SNOW $53B - TDC $3.8B, Revenue, SNOW Doubling Yearly, TDC Shrinking, New Customers, SNOW winning hundreds, TDC <10 yearly, NPS, SNOW 72, TDC 2. It will be a slow, painful death the next 36 months, but the TDC ELT will drain the bank with their excessive bonuses and comp.

Re: local teams. Sales people or across the board?
The other problem is that so many of the local teams have now been filled with the unemployable to replace the people that left that the cultural problems are pervasive. Our local TD team couldn't give the stuff away.
I guess that many people would come back if there was:
A believable and executable corporate strategy
Predictable and stable revenue/customer growth
A product roadmap that everyone believes in
A value proposition that has some value and at least one USP
A trusted ELT that has some form of credibility and that employees could trust
An ELT that doesn’t sell free shares as soon as they vest - ideally before the price drops again
Better RSU allocations that are more in-line with execs and market instead of token gestures
Sounds like a lot to ask for ? Well, most competitors have some or most of it and TD has none of it.
Where are you going to spend the next few years of your career ?
FQ or anyone else is not coming back. Sorry marketing.
SF is eating our lunch (and breakfast and dinner). We lost a few major accounts to SF this quarter that SM didn’t say a word about.
While the market is full of exploratory workloads (that SF excels at), we continue to look for those elusive enterprise workloads. We won’t get to $1b by 2025. More like 2030, if we are still around.
I heard FQ has applied for a role to come back. Funny how the grass ain't greener on the other side
Maybe Radio Shack will offer in store solutions. Oh they went broke too.
