There are times when precise, targeted cuts can be a good thing, - in cases where a particular unit isn't used or performing for example. But to continuously cut staff who are actively billing is insanity, it only leads to one outcome. That's the outcome that DXC is seeing right now, and it appears to be the only outcome that the "leadership" wants.
